Chris Montgomery : Broker

Chris is the owner of Progress Realty and a licensed real estate brorker. Chris has experience with foreclosure and investment properties and is one of the largest volume buyers in central Texas at the mortgage foreclosure auction. Prior to starting his real estate investment career Chris worked in the Austin high tech industry and was the CEO of Duration Software. Chris is an honors graduate of Rice University and lives in Austin with his wife Amanda. They have a son, Nathaniel and a daughter, Riley.

Amanda Montgomery : Agent

Amanda is a real estate agent for Progress Realty. She has experience with foreclosures and with the Lake Travis market. She previously worked as a computer programmer for 8 years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mathematics and enjoys running in her free time.

Abigail Huffman Shoppa : Agent

Abby is the newest agent with Progress Realty. She buys houses at the foreclosure auctions within Central Texas. She also has experience as a real estate agent selling homes in the Austin area. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Business and enjoys eating dessert with her husband Dwayne in her spare time.

Jennifer Grant : Office Manager

Jenn is our overall coordinator. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly she is in charge of coordinating the REO tasks and scheduling contractors. She graduated from Baylor with a degree in Environmental Earth Science. She enjoys playing on the weekend with her daughter Ansley and their dogs Jack and Zoey.
