What makes us different
In 2010 Progress Realty instituted the practice of "staging lite". In order to stand out in today's market we have found that the listing agent must go the extra mile. In our case the extra mile is helping the potential buyer see themselves in our listings but staging all REO properties. We do no stage them completely, rather we have found success in staging kitchens, bathrooms and lightly staging living rooms. This is a free service to REO clients that we provide to help expediate the selling process.
